By using CallingJaipur.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), you (the "User") agree to be bound by all of the terms in these Terms of Use (the "Agreement").

1. The operators of CallingJaipur.com ("We") reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement or to modify any features of this Site at any time without advance notice. By registering for this Site and/or by continuing to use this Site after the posting of any changes, you agree to be bound by such changes.
2. You represent that you have read and agree to abide by this Agreement, and that you have read our Privacy Policy.
3. The Site is currently free to Users. However, we do not guarantee that this will always be the case.
4.    2. User is giving CallingJaipur.com and its affiliates the right to display posted Content on this Site and/or affiliated sites and to use such Content for promotional and marketing purposes. Such Content may be presented in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.
   3. User shall not provide Content that is blatantly promotional and/or that would be considered 'spam'.
6. With respect to Content posted by Users, CallingJaipur.com reserves the right to post or not post such Content at its complete discretion. CallingJaipur.com also reserves the right to edit or modify User Content prior to posting for the purposes of increasing clarity, removing offensive language, and/or any other purpose it deems necessary. Spam and other blantantly promotional material is not permitted and will be deleted.

14. This Agreement may be terminated by CallingJaipur.com for any reason at any time. All applicable provisions of this Agreement shall survive such termination.
15. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Florida in the United States.
